No slide outs

Selling our 2016 Coachmen Leprechaun 190CB. Its a great, compact Class C RV (only 21.5 feet long, so its super easy to drive and park). It has 59k miles on it.
Ford 5.4L Triton V8, 5 speed automatic, gasoline.

We bought it last fall, and honestly, we've spent our time owning it just getting everything fully serviced, sorted out, and upgraded, only to realize it just doesn't fit our needs and is a bit too big for us. Our loss is your gain.

Everything works exactly as it should on both the house and the cab side.
Asking $36,000 OBO. Open to offers.

The Quick Specs:
Sleeps and seats 5 comfortably (Queen bed, large overhead loft, and the dinette converts to a twin).
Enclosed bathroom with a full shower and toilet.
Kitchen has a 2-burner propane stove and a fridge/freezer.
On-board generator, tank monitoring, and an exterior awning.
Huge exterior garage storage space with 2 access points.
Has a great electric AC and propane furnace.
Sound system that goes to the back, with TV in the loft.

Recent Upgrades & Maintenance:
Cab: Added a wireless CarPlay/Android Auto head unit, wireless backup camera, swivel front captain's chairs, insulated window covers, and new seat covers

House:
Upgraded the shower and sink fixtures.
Fully serviced the furnace, water heater, and the generator (new oil, filter, and plug).
Tires are in great shape with roughly 80% tread left.

Being fully transparent about the flaws:
It has some minor cosmetic stuff from the previous owner, including some nicks/scratches, bubbling wallpaper, and very minor old water damage from a burst pipe that was repaired before we got it.

The awning works fine but the fabric is delaminating and will need to be replaced down the road. If you're offering close to asking price and the awning is a deal breaker for you, let me know and we can talk about it.

Comes with a bunch of extras:
leveling kit, the bike rack shown in the photos, window covers, water hose, custom stove cover, original dealer paperwork, and some extra parts.

Out-of-state buyers are totally welcome. If you cant make it out to see it in person, Im happy to do a live FaceTime / video walk-through with you.
