Recent Maintenance & Improvements

The inverter has been replaced.

A scrape on the side of the roof was professionally repaired by the dealer.

The awning is less than 5 years old.

The camper has been maintained and cared for, and we have continued to make improvements rather than simply letting it sit.

Condition

Overall, this is a very nice, well-cared-for 5th wheel for its age. As with any 11-year-old RV, there are some signs of normal use and age, and we prefer to be upfront about that.

There was previous rain damage in the bedroom that occurred because the window was left open. The dresser top was damaged as a result and has been replaced. A spot on the wall was also damaged. When the carpet was replaced, no damage to the floor was found.

We are selling because were ready to let someone else enjoy it.

Why Buy This Open Range?

The Open Range offers a great combination of space, comfort, storage and livability without the price tag of a brand-new fifth wheel. This would make an excellent weekend camper, seasonal campsite RV, or comfortable home-away-from-home for longer trips.
