2011 Forest River Blue Ridge 3125RT Fifth Wheel Fully Remodeled, Perfect for Fall Camping Season

This fifth wheel has been remodeled inside and is ready to go just in time for fall camping season. It's 35'2" long with 3 slide outs, sleeps up to 6, and has a queen bed in the rear bedroom with a private wardrobe closet. A bike/storage rack has been added on the back for extra hauling capacity.

Recent updates include:

Full interior repaint throughout (cabinets, walls, trim)

The front living area has been reconfigured with a drop-down table with built-in storage, two bench seats with storage underneath, a rocking chair recliner, and a boneless couch that pulls out into a full-sized bed, giving you flexible seating and extra sleeping space. There's also an electric fireplace with a motorized TV lift, so the TV rises up and tucks away when you want the fireplace on display. Great for cozy fall nights at the campsite.

The kitchen has a gas range, oven, microwave, and double sink. There's a full bathroom with shower, and the queen bedroom in back has its own closet.

Normal wear and tear but in great condition for the year. Only issue we had were two, 3 inch superficial cracks that we had a mechanic come look at and repair the issue that caused them. It was only on the outside and has been water sealed. It has never leaked on us. AC runs COLD and easily got us through this hot summer.

Holding tanks are 73 gallons fresh, 60 gallons gray, and 60 gallons black, with a 10 gallon water heater. Air conditioning is 15,000 BTU and the furnace is 35,000 BTU. It is a 50 amp but operates great as 30 amp with the adapter (provided). Set up for a second AC to be installed but it isn't really needed. Also set up for a laundry washer/dryer 2-in-1 but we never utilized that feature.
