Selling our 2020 Fleetwood Discovery LXE 44B with just 25,100 miles. This is the highly desirable 44B bunkhouse floorplan and is an excellent setup for families, larger groups, or anyone who wants true sleeping flexibility in a luxury diesel pusher.

The coach sleeps up to 10 people, with dedicated bunks plus multiple additional sleeping areas throughout the coach. The bunkhouse layout is one of the biggest reasons we chose this floorplan and makes it especially well suited for families traveling with children.

The RV has been well cared for, consistently maintained, and is set up to leave today for full-hookup camping, extended travel, or boondocking.

The RV has always been stored under cover when not in use and has not been left exposed to the elements except while actively traveling or camping. It has also been ceramic coated and recently had the roof resealed.

Exterior Condition

The coach presents well overall but is not being represented as flawless. There are a few dings, dents, and scrapes on the exterior, primarily around the cargo/bay doors.

The most noticeable cosmetic damage is a scrape on the lower passenger-side cargo door. There are also a few additional scrapes on the passenger-side slide-outs. We want to be completely transparent about the condition and are happy to provide detailed photos of any imperfections.
