Like new condition, kept under roof and the AC on since new. No delamination or leaks. Full wall slide, lots of storage. Upgraded RV king pillowtop mattress with over cab bunk for company, brand new 15k btu AC in front area with a 12k btu in bedroom. New upholstery on the captain's chairs and dinette. Couch replaced with recliner loveseat. Life got in the way and we did not get to use it as planned. Our loss is your gain!
