The trailer is equipped with a roof top tent which sleeps two adults with plenty of room, or more than 2 if smaller bodies. We slept two adults and our 13 year old son when we took it out west. The roof top tent also comes with the cold weather liner for winter camping, and it also has a brand new cover for the exterior/traveling. Additionally, it will come with the annex that attaches around the ladder area to the roof top tent, which creates a room. This room is great for changing, storage, larger dogs sleep area or can fit a small cot or two.

Other features for this trailer include on demand hot water heater for use in the sink or shower head. Plenty of shelf storage in the back, portable propane, two burner stove, roof rack (if you leave the tent behind), top storage rack (if you remove the solar panel), comes with the solar panel, two newer batteries, a 270 degree awning (may need a new enclosure as zipper can be finicky) which also has side walls to make it an enclosed 270 degree additional space. This trailer does not come with the dometic cooler as it broke :/ Spare tire and other two tires are in amazing shape! We also just had the water pump and water lines checked and serviced! This trailer comes with a 31 gallon water tank and a spigot for easy quick use like filling a water bottle or washing your hands.
