Weve truly loved this RV for our family, and Im honestly a little sad to see it go. Now that our kids are all teenagers, were looking to move into something larger, but this has been such a great size and layout for us.

One of our favorite features is the unique family-friendly layout. The entire rear of the RV is a four-bunk bunkhouse, which has been amazing with multiple kids. In addition to the four permanent bunks, there is a large cab-over bed, a jackknife sofa that converts to a bed, and a convertible dinette, giving you a surprising amount of sleeping space without having to move into a huge motorhome.

One of the biggest things Ill miss is how perfectly the size has worked for the way we camp. Carpinteria is our favorite place to camp, and weve been able to stay in Beach Row sites listed for RVs as short as 21 ft. Even though the coach is roughly 30 ft overall, the large rear overhang has allowed us to fit into many of those smaller beachfront sites. Having a roomy family bunkhouse while still being able to enjoy the smaller Beach Row campsites has honestly been the perfect combination for us.

Weve also loved the convenience of a Class C. Pack up, get in and gono trailer to hook up, tow or disconnect when you arrive.

This RV has been well loved and actually used by our family, but the quality of the unit has held up very nicely. The cabinetry, flooring, countertops, kitchen, bathroom and bunkhouse are all in nice condition for its age.

The main cosmetic wear is the original faux-leather upholstery on the sofa and dinette, which has peeling in several areas. Weve shown the condition honestly in the photos so there are no surprises, and the price reflects the cosmetic wear. The seating is still usable, but a future owner may choose to recover or replace it.

It has approximately 16,478 miles and no known major mechanical issues. Were not selling because we stopped enjoying itweve simply reached a different stage with three teenagers and are ready for some additional space.

Weve made a lot of great family memories in this RV, and I hope the next family gets to do the same.
