This is a great couple's RV with room for guest. Great for travel or stationary site. 42 ft, bath and 1/2. Sleeps 4 and lots and lots of storage. Both AC have a Soft Start system. The bedroom unit has a RV Air Flow adapter. This RV has 14 windows for that view!
Main Living: All doors and cabinetry are in good condition. The vinyl floor has a tear in the kitchen.
The sofa bed was replaced with a daybed and trundle. The day bed has a 12 inch foam mattress, Beddy's Bed zipper bed cover. By day it provides comfortable seating as a couch. By night, a comfortable twin bed without having to transform anything. The twin trundle locks in place for travel. Household thermal curtains and shears on the windows. Kitchen: 3 burner propane stove and oven which works great. Microwave was replaced with a slim Samsung in 2023. Stainless steel magnetic knife holder. Large pantry Lots of storage. Norcold electric /propane refrigerator. The island has a double sink, 3 drawers and large cabinet, a flip up table on the end provides 1 seat with a bar stool, a large cabinet for 13 gallon trash can and dishwasher hookup. Dining table seats 2. Air conditioner replaced in 2022.
Bedroom: Comfortable queen mattress and large storage area underneath, 6 drawer dresser and two bench seats with storage.
Full Bath. Nice size shower that with retractable self squeegee shower door, shower seat and built in shelves, a walk-in closet with long hanging rod, washer dryer hookups or large area for laundry basket. Double sink vanity with 2 cabinets and 2 drawers. Tall cabinets for towels and sheet storage.
Outside: Both awnings were replaced in 2025. Comes with awning shades for both awnigs and water bag anchors. Leaf springs replaced in 2025. Large passthrough storage compartment.
