We replaced the full roof in 2024 with Flex Armor that has a transferable lifetime warranty. At this time we replaced a new a/c unit, with two new super fans with remote control. Th May 2025 we replaced the sleeper sofa that is a queen size. We replaced both awning in the back in 2024. March of 2026 we replaced the slide seals.

It has a Dish traveler satellite on the roof. Large big screen tv in livingroom with a 32 in bedroom. The livingroom has surround sound with a dvd player. Fireplace, desk and storage behind tv.

The bedroom has. 15000 BTU a/c with heat pump built in. The bedroom has a Queensize bed but did have a king in it when we got it.

We love this unit, but just cant pull it anymore.
