Just under 20,000 miles, 3.0 turbo diesel, runs like a top!

We bought the Boldt late last fall and began prepping for adventures : put on 6 new Michelins, changed all the filters, pre-emptively serviced the EGR ($$$), did an exterior detail, bought heavy duty night/storage shades, replaced the wipers, installed a 32" Samsung SmartTV (and did/added some things I've probably overlooked).

Did all that and never took a trip!

The Winnebago Boldt is built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD, 170-inch wheelbase with advanced safety features like active braking and adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, swivel front seats. It's built for all weather use.

Power System: Uses a 48-volt Volta lithium-ion battery system --plus solar charging -- a 3,600-watt inverter instead of a traditional fuel generator, letting you run appliances like the air conditioner and microwave directly from battery power. Clean, silent power, no noise or vibrations from a diesel generator when parked!
