The Story
This 2012 Thor A.C.E. nicknamed "Dragonfly" was our home for over two years while we traveled across the country together. My husband and I lived in this coach full-time, and it carried us through more states and campsites than I can count. Sadly, he passed away, and it's time for someone else to take this rig on their own adventures. It's been loved hard and used exactly as it was meant to be as a home, not a trailer queen.
I'm selling it as-is and want to be upfront about its condition so there are no surprises. Photos of wear and tear are included below and described honestly.

Condition & Wear Being Upfront
We used this RV as our full-time home, so it shows real signs of life on the road. In the interest of transparency:
Flooring/subfloor: There is exposed subflooring (OSB board) in the bedroom step-up area and near the kitchen slide-out where flooring repair/replacement was in progress at the time these photos were taken. Buyer should plan to finish this flooring work.
Upholstery: The dinette and sofa cushions show noticeable soiling, staining, and wear from daily use functional but cosmetically worn.
Mattress: Queen mattress has some surface staining; a new pillow (still in packaging) is included.
Shelving/hardware: Some interior wire shelving (e.g., in the small over-sink caddy) shows surface rust; a few cabinet finishes have minor scuffs and wear consistent with full-time use.

Crack in ceiling

General: Countertops, cabinetry, and appliances are all functional and in serviceable condition, with normal cosmetic wear expected from over two years of full-time living.
This is a well-used home, not a showroom unit priced and sold accordingly. See all photos for a full and honest picture of its current condition.

Mechanical & Systems

• Ford V10 gas engine reliable, parts widely available nationwide

• Tires are around 6 years old but little wear due to mostly stationary after we got them

• The only repair we made in the engine compartment was putting a new starter 

• New furnace and tankless water heater. 

• We used the generator whenever we weren't hooked to electric. No problems. 

We traveled around the US for two years and the starter was the only problem we had. We had plans to remove the couch and put in 2 recliners. Also change table and chairs out for a storage cabinet and table and chairs.  But my husband passed away and I did not want to travel anymore.
