2023 Coachmen Nova 20RB

Located in Ocean Springs, Mississippi (near Gulfport/Biloxi)
Original owner. Bought new in June 2024.

Immaculate inside and out. Never smoked or cooked in the RV.
Always parked under a cover.
My wife died about a year and a half ago and I have been using it just for travel. Needing to downsize now.

Current mileage: 28,300 (powertrain warranty still in effect).
Asking Price: $89,900, but negotiable.

The unit is on a 2022 chassis (i.e., updated engine, 9-speed transmission, updated infotainment, navigation, 360 degree camera system, etc.). No outstanding recalls, fan module recall done in August. No issues ever with the chassis.

All the original 2023 Nova equipment (some unused) is included plus the following:

Set of Falken Wildpeak AT tires plus identical spare on a new rim mounted on the rear door using a LandedGear custom mount. Tires have about 20K on them. Rotated twice. Spare never on the ground.

AGM battery system completely replaced in September 2025 with a LifePO4 lithium battery system (314AH) including full bus bar wiring, Victron Orion 50A DC to DC charger, monitoring system for the WattCycle battery (BMS), Victron charger, and Xantrex inverter/charger. This conversion provides twice the usable power as the original triple AGM battery setup. Also, the original Onan 2800i generator is still available (the factory LI3 system deletes the generator).

Travlfi Cellular Router with rooftop antenna that provides 2.4G and 5G WiFi inside and outside the camper. It is basically a super hotspot that will automatically connect to the strongest cell signal by AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. Used for general internet access and for streaming to the TV in the RV using ROKU (Youtube TV, Netflix, etc.).

12-foot telescoping ladder (original fixed location ladder removed to mount the spare wheel -- still available if you want it). Nilight 20-inch LED light bar on front bumper. Extension for the 30A shore power cable. Shore power surge protector. Practically unused hoses for fresh water dumping tanks, etc.

All equipment manuals, service records, and instructions for using the RV systems is included.
