We are selling our clean gently used Keystone Cougar 23MLE. This desirable floor plan is an excellent couples camper featuring a spacious rear kitchen, a large living area slide out, and excellent towing ability.
This RV is in excellent structural and mechanical condition. We have upgraded the interior for comfort and usability.
Upgrades and Interior Improvements:

The heavy, bulky factory booth dinette was removed to open up the Main living area. We installed durable LVT plank flooring that looks modern and clean.
The built in booth retains the original table, and uses comfortable and flexible free standing folding chairs for a spacious lounge feel. The TV mount was replaced with one that not only extends out, but can be pulled down a full 12 inches for more comfortable viewing without straining your neck.

The uncomfortable factory mattress was replaced with a premium full queen residential mattress, and a quality TV was installed for bedroom viewing.
The restrictive factory bedroom door was removed for a more open flow through the camper.

Camper is equipped with two LI batteries and a single solar panel. Electric leveling for easy setup. Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and grill that has never been used. Wheel bearings have just been repacked, roof inspected and sealed where necessary. TPS included, and a quality Haloview rear view camera.

On personal note, we are selling our camper and giving up camping due to health concerns that have made it difficult for us to continue this most enjoyable lifestyle. We have priced this camper well below retail for a quick sale so we can move on with what life has in store for us. No disappointments with this camper.
