Used 2018 27 foot Heartland Trail Runner camper. Overall in good condition, but a tree limb fell on it. The rooftop AC was removed, roof was repaired and resealed. There is some dents from that limb, but everything functions as it should. I use a portable AC unit, which works far better than the rooftop unit. Everything works. Tires were recently replaced. No title, bill of sale only. This camper has a queen bed in front, and a couch and dinette that turn into beds. It also has a large, spacious bathroom.
