Mechanical/Drivetrain: Rock solid. Starts as soon as you turn the key over, runs and drives smooth, braking is smooth and strong. Maintenance free SumoSprings were added 2 years ago to the front to enhance the drive-ability.

Roof: I drove it from the barn it was stored in for the past few years to Clarkston to list it. Appears there was or is a roof leak that has caused some minor water intrusion signs inside the cabin.

Electrical: Auxiliary house batteries are currently missing. Auxiliary generator starts right up and runs well. A backup camera system was also installed, very helpful.

Interior: In fair condition overall, reflecting its age and the noted water intrusion signs. Newmar cabinetry and layout/features remain intact.
