This is a 2025.5 model - built in early 2025, not 2024. Still very much like brand new - Private seller and only owner - I have the title - Extremely well-maintained and always in covered storage to protect the roof from sun and and the elements of weather. We're selling to upgrade to 5th wheel and for no other reason. EVERYTHING works perfectly in the unit. No problems whatsoever. Non-smoker - no pets - no children. We're semi-retired and have used this primarily for some weekends around the TX and OK state parks. Note this unit is a tandem (dual) axle trailer - an absolute must for anyone pulling with a 1/2 ton truck (150/1500) on the interstate. I've owned single-axle pull-behind trailers and, IMO, they're far more difficult/dangerous to pull at interstate speeds and not being affected by tractor trailers.
