The 2016 Forest River Georgetown XL 369DS is a luxurious Class A motorhome with a king size bed and a bath and a half. It has been well maintained and is in great condition. It was completely refurnished by Bradd and Hall in Elkhart, IN. In 2024. The front A/C was replaced this year. Everything works great.

The master bedroom has a RV king with lots of closet and drawer space. The master bath has a shower, 2 glass sinks and a porcelain toilet.

The half bath has a porcelain toilet and glass sink.

The kitchen is well appointed with all stainless appliances including a residential fridge with ice and water in the door.

The V10 engine and trans are in excellent condition, this is a very mechanically sound motorhome.

On the exterior, there is a massive amount of storage. Including some thru-storage compartments accessible from both sides.

Overall, this is a very nice, well maintained motorhome. All systems work great and it's ready for the road.
