2022 Grand Design Momentum 25G Toy Hauler

WHY THIS ONE / FACTORY OPTIONS:
- 3 Season Doors - the glass garage-wall system. Drop the ramp, keep the glass closed, and the garage becomes a sunroom with the AC still running. It's one of the main reasons I went with this floorplan in the first place.
- Rear Patio System with Rail Kit and Awning. The ramp door drops down into an elevated deck that creates a unique patio space. Paired with the 3 Season Doors, it turns the entire back of the trailer into indoor/outdoor space.
- 2nd AC Unit (bedroom): keeps the bedroom cold at night - even through the Texas heat.
- 100 gal fresh water: genuinely capable of getting off-grid.

HISTORY:
2022-2023 (1yr): Original owner kept the 25G under a protected carport - well maintained. I paid for an independent, professional RV inspection before buying. The RV tech noted, "This RV is in better shape than a lot of new ones I inspect coming off the lot."
2024 (1yr): I lived in this trailer full-time for a year. Had no major issues with anything on the 25G. The garage has never hauled a toy; I used it as an office during the year I lived in this trailer full-time.
2025-2026 (1.5yrs): Stored on family property here in Elgin. Used occasionally, cleaned and moved regularly rather than left to sit.

CONDITION:
No major issues have surfaced throughout ownership. No leaks or delamination. Everything functions: AC (both units), furnace, water heater, fridges, slides, ramp, etc. Minor cosmetic signs of use (scuffs on interior walls, peeling vinyl on dinette table).

SELLING BECAUSE:
My fiancée and I don't use the 25G enough in this phase of life. We would love to travel in this more, but we're constrained by work schedules and other priorities. We plan to put this money towards our wedding.
