We are selling our family's 2021 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2306BHS. This has been a great camper for our family and has been well cared for. We're simply at a point where we're not using it enough anymore.

One of the things we've really liked about the 2306BHS is how much it fits into a manageable-size travel trailer. At approximately 251⁄2 feet long and 7 feet wide, you get bunk beds, a Murphy bed/sofa, dinette slide-out, full rear bathroom, full kitchen, and plenty of storage without stepping up to a much larger camper.

We've kept records of our travels and estimate it has been towed only about 7,000 miles.

The interior is very clean and has been well cared for. The cabinetry, flooring, upholstery, bunks, kitchen, and bathroom all show very well. The photos are current and show the actual condition of the camper.

EXPLORER & COMFORT TECH PACKAGES

Our Micro Minnie is equipped with Winnebago's Explorer Package and Comfort Tech Package, which were designed to make the Micro Minnie more capable for travel, changing weather, and camping away from full hookups.

The Explorer Package includes features such as 15" off-road tires, torsion axle suspension, solar equipment/prep, Wi-Fi prep, battery disconnect, and power awning with LED lighting.

The Comfort Tech Package adds features including laminated block-foam sidewalls, radiant-foil insulation, roof-mounted A/C, heated holding tanks, and an enclosed underbelly.

At our $24,000 asking price, we're including our Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System with 4-Point Sway Control, rated for 12,000 lbs GTW / 1,200 lbs tongue weight. This is the towing setup we've used with the camper and combines weight distribution with integrated sway control.

CONDITION & FULL DISCLOSURE

Overall, the camper is in very good condition and has been well cared for.

The one item we are aware of that currently needs attention is the solar charging connection to the 12V house battery. The solar panel and Go Power controller are operating, but the solar system is currently not charging the house battery. We haven't taken the time to troubleshoot the connection because it hasn't affected how we've used the camper. If this is important to a serious buyer, we can discuss having it addressed as part of the sale.
