Full disclosure:
We purchased the Four Winds in 2018 from a private party in Ohio, having only approximately 9000 miles on it. As inexperienced RV buyers, we overlooked the fact that the roof had a leak and had damage that required the entire roof to be replaced immediately sometime after title transfer. This was done by B & D RV and truck repair in Perry, OH.

In August of 2020 while in the process of selling our home in Ohio and moving to Florida, the RV roof and slide were damage buy a fallen tree and again, a new roof was installed as well as the slide awning /components were replaced, again by B & D.

In April of 2022 the RV was had slight damage to the plastic roof vents, the awnings-all of which were replaced by Stewarts RV here in Avon Park, FL . At the same time, we had the 13K BTU roof AC unit replaced with a 15K unit. It was also at this period of time we discovered that the back wall paneling has been damaged by water. A solid aluminum frame was fabricated to support the bed (it was supported by the paneling) We have traveled thousands of miles since with no issues and have no reason to believe that this issue would keep anyone from enjoying traveling in this RV.. I just dont have the time or the facilities to remove the cabinetry, etc to do the necessary repairs.

I have receipts for most all of the repairs.
