The price indicates the condition of this motorhome. It has been in storage for many years and it a project rig. It runs and drives but it needs considerable attention.

It will not drive thousands of miles without time and attention. It is located in Whatcom County Washington. If you live far away... look for a closer motorhome.

Powered by a 8.3 liter Cummins turbo straight six with an Allison transmission, full air suspension, self-leveling, good tires all around. Queen size bed, walk through bath floorplan, large refrigerator, gas stove, dine-in kitchen, side entry, with living room.75-gallon propane tank, 150-gallon fuel tank, onboard water storage, clean, grey, and black. This was a very expensive rig when new. Foretravel built each coach from the ground up as a single body and frame. When you open up the main cargo bay you can see clean through the coach because the entire structure is the frame. I have made the following modifications: Replaced the J-Sofa with a regular leather sofa. Removed the front drop table and the bucket chair by the entrance. Recarpeted the front half of the coach. Replaced the kitchen faucet, the shower head, and the water pump. Removed the entire sliding cargo tray in the main storage bay. (It was damaged) Removed the built-in vacuum system Removed both of the roof mounted A/C units. Removed the diesel generator, Armored the roof, I was intending on living in this thing for many years and the roof was only 2 inches thick and I was losing a lot of heat. I raised it 3 inches with lumber and foam and covered it with aluminum diamond plate. It wasnt cheap but it looks awesome. Painted the coach. A full automotive paint job on a coach this size would have cost about what it is worth, so, I was a little creative and you will either love it or hate it.

It needs the following repairs: The awnings are in bad shape The main awning is torn and not functional. All the others work just fine, but they are sunburned and maroon. The hydraulic pump that runs the main cooling ran is slightly out of alignment and needs attention. The fuel lines need to be replaced. The previous owner was a diesel shop who took it on trade did a full in chassis rebuild. New pistons, rings, gaskets, and the engine purrs. However, the fuel lines are original, and I think it would be prudent to have them replace if going on the road with this rig.

Misc. items: The drivers and passenger seat upholstery are in bad shape. Flex Steel sells replacement upholstery and these seats need it. I have never used the wash/dryer unit. I think its fine, but the documents suggest that full RV hook ups are required for use I have never been hooked up long enough to try it out.
