Maintenance and Repairs

The motorhome has been stored beneath an outdoor covered structure. The roof has been regularly maintained, with the edges and seams resealed and waterproofed as needed.

The engine oil was changed at approximately 27,000 miles. The coach and generator have been tested, and there are currently no known mechanical problems.

Several known Thor Outlaw trouble areas and wear items have already been addressed:

Condition

Overall, the motorhome is in great condition, with normal wear consistent with its age and use. It has approximately four minor cosmetic blemishes that are not readily noticeable unless viewed closely. And a missing front hubcap. These can be shown and discussed with serious buyers.

The RV includes its manuals, maintenance and repair receipts, extra keys, remotes, and patio steps.

Reason for Selling

The RV has primarily been used by my wife and me. We are no longer toy hauling as much and plan to downsize to a different type of motorhome.
