In good shape. It has a bunkhouse room with a futon sleeper with a bunk above it. Carpet is new. All new upgraded pex plumbing. Back right corner floor and wall are soft comes and will need replacing in the future. I can do it but price will increase. Comes with washer, dryer combo LP grill and extra jacks for stabilization
