We are selling our 2016 DRV Mobile Suites 43 Manhattan, a rare two bedroom, two full bathroom luxury fifth wheel designed for full time, four season living. At approximately 43 feet 4 inches long, the Manhattan offers a residential layout with enough space for a family, guests, a private office, or extended stays.

This coach is in very good overall condition and has been stored indoors in our climate controlled barndominium. It is not perfect, but it is a very nice, clean, and well cared for luxury fifth wheel. A large amount of maintenance has just been completed, making it ready for its next owner.

The original factory fifth wheel pin box is included with the sale. A brand new GEN-Y cushioned gooseneck hitch is also available for an additional cost. The GEN-Y uses torsion flex technology to help reduce chucking, shock, and vibration while towing.

Factory literature lists an estimated dry weight of approximately 19,500 pounds. Actual loaded weight and ratings should be confirmed using the coachs certification and weight labels. This is a large, heavy fifth wheel and requires a properly equipped tow vehicle.
