We are the 2nd owners of this unit and have all maintenance and service records -and have had it since 2020, primarily using it for snowbird travel until we moved south in January 2026
This unit can sleep 6-8 depending on set up, large private king bed in the back with a drop down double that lowers over the driver/passenger area.
Installed 6 new Goodyear G647 tires in 9/25, the main slide was just serviced & re-programmed by Lippert in Red Bay, AL, it has a Cummins/Onan RV Q6 4000 with 410 hrs and has 38500 miles on the 7.3 L Ford V10 engine.
The roof is TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) super easy to maintain and is in great shape, it is designed to resist UV rays, tears and algae.
Tank capacities are as follows... Fuel tank -80g, Fresh water -50g, Grey tank -35g, Black tank -35g, Propane 14g, Hot water tank 6g,

This RV is in great shape for the year and milage and has lots of memories left to make.
