Current Condition & Upgrades
This 2015 Enterra 315RLS (36'9" travel trailer, three slides, rear living floorplan) has received several practical upgrades and shows normal wear for its age.Upgrades include:
1) 12-volt Furrion refrigerator (efficient compressor unit that cools faster, does not require propane for the fridge, and works even when the trailer is not perfectly level)
2) Upgraded kitchen island with wine rack
3) Upgraded entry stairs that retract inside the doorway for travel and lower once parked
4) Upgraded propane tanks to 40 lb (needs new long bolt to secure).

Washer water supply and drain hookups already installed in the bedroom, plus space and a dedicated dryer vent port ready for a dryer

The trailer has typical interior and exterior usage wear consistent with a 2015 model that has been used. Many detailed interior and exterior photos are included so you can judge the condition yourself.
Items that need attention (fully disclosed):
1) Tongue jack needs to be replaced
