2023 Forest River Rockwood Signature 2891BH near mint condition.  Don't be fooled by the model number like I initially was, the manufacturer's overall length for this fifth wheel is 37 feet!  Everything works as perfectly as it did on the day I purchased it new.  Only saw about 3-4 trips per year and was parked in an enclosed car port 100% of the time when not in use.  Super spacious, kids always had a blast on our trips!  Tires in excellent condition, solar works great, water heater is insanely hot, A/C units blow nice and cold, outdoor kitchen/grill - literally no issues on this camper!
