The Embassy Dolphin SS is well suited to the single-person explorer. It is a single-sofa model which features a power drive system that extends the sofa out from the wall to provide the width of a twin-sized bed. The build features a no-wood design so structural rot, warping, and decay is not a factor. No black tank. No propane. It is constructed using marine vinyl, marine plastic, and aluminum framing for easy cleaning, maintenance, longevity, and no trapped odors. 23.5g fresh water marine bladder with tankless hot water system and onboard shower. Heating system is fueled by gasoline which sips from the Ford Transit's fuel tank yet leaves about a 25% fuel reserve so the heater cannot exhaust the vehicle fuel supply. All RV features are fully functional. Vehicle and RV service and upgrades have been performed only by authorized Ford service centers and Embassy Specialty Vehicles. All vehicle maintenance and recalls are complete and on-time with the 40K mile filter changes (engine and cabin) being completed in May 2026 ahead of schedule. Vehicle mileage is currently about 32,700 of predominately highway miles.
