It features selectable high- and low-range four-wheel drive, a custom utility body with multiple exterior storage compartments, a heavy-duty Ranch Hand front bumper, and a 13,000-lb Rough Country winch.
This is not a conventional factory Class C motorhome. It is a custom truck-and-camper configuration suited for camping, hunting, extended travel, off-grid use, or as the foundation for an overland or expedition-style renovation. The camper cannot be accessed directly from the truck cab.
Patriot 360 RV Services conducted a limited visual and operational walkthrough on August 21, 2026. This was not a comprehensive mechanical, structural, or systems inspection. Because this is an estate sale, our firsthand knowledge of the vehicles history, maintenance, and systems is limited. Prospective buyers are encouraged to conduct their own independent inspection.

Known condition and needed work:
The mobile RV technician characterized the truck and campers overall condition as fair during the limited walkthrough. The Lance camper needs cleaning and repairs and is being sold strictly as-is.
The refrigerator powers on and was reported to operate, but it contains mold from storage and may require professional remediation or replacement.
The roofline, roof fixtures, windows, and several exterior seams require resealing. The custom installation also allows water to collect between portions of the camper and the utility-body/wheel-well area because drainage holes were not incorporated. Drainage modifications or additional sealing are recommended to prevent continued pooling and rust.
The rear body panels show deterioration and early rust. The exterior ladder is broken, there is no awning, and a key is stuck in one exterior storage-compartment lock.
The propane stove has not been tested by the estate. The propane furnace reportedly does not heat particularly well. The water-heater anode rod should be replaced as part of regular maintenance.
The generator has been removed and is not included. The camper can be connected to 30-amp shore power or a separately purchased generator.
The trucks two diesel starting batteries required a jump during the estates inspection and will likely need replacement. The camper also has two separate house batteries. The coolant level appeared appropriate during the inspection.
The vehicle starts, runs, and drives, but its long-distance reliability has not been evaluated. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the engine, transmission, drivetrain, camper structure, roof, potential water damage, batteries, appliances, propane system, solar and electrical systems, plumbing, holding tanks, and overall roadworthiness before purchase.
