I'm the original owner of this meticulously maintained, 2011, 28 foot Heartland North Trail 28BRS travel trailer. It has been kept under covered storage for its entire life other than when we took it camping (and right now while it's parked at my home). One slide out expands the living, dining and kitchen area. Electrically controlled awning. Roof was completely replaced in 2023. Wheel bearings were repacked regularly (last repack was in 2023). All furniture is in excellent condition with no rips or tears. Never smoked in. No pet hair, dander or animal smells. All appliances work exactly as they should. TV was upgraded to a smart TV last summer. TV antenna was also upgraded last summer. Stock hand crank tongue jack was upgraded to a Lippert electric power jack last summer. Electric, remote controlled stabilizer jacks are fully functional and located at the front and back of the trailer. Queen mattress has been upgraded from the stock, thin mattress to a very thick, premium memory foam mattress which is much more comfortable. Air conditioning unit blows cold and cools the interior very well. Tires have very few miles on them and have full tread depth left, but manufacture date code on the tire walls indicate a May of 2022 manufacture date. This trailer is ready to go camping and the only thing needed is a new owner to take it on new adventures and make memories. Included with the trailer will be a 30 amp Power Watchdog surge protector, an American made Proven Lock hitch lock, a set of X-Chocks and a heavy duty hitch complete with weight distribution bars. We've never had a single problem with this trailer. It was built when RVs seemed to be built to a higher quality standard than many are now.
