Located near Buffalo, NY. Selling our 2009 Coach House Platinum II 241XL FS motorhome. This RV has been a wonderful vehicle for travel. It currently has just over 80,000 miles. However, we will not be taking any more trips because of my mom's health issues.

Coach House motorhomes are well known for their high-quality construction and one-piece fiberglass body, which helps reduce seams and potential leak points compared to many most RVs. The Diesel Sprinter chassis is know for its durability and longevity. The 241XL has a great floor-plan with one slide-out that makes the interior feel spacious while still being easy to drive and park at just 24 feet long.

Condition-
This RV has been well cared for and shows normal wear for its age and mileage. Everything works as it should, with the following exceptions- it came without a functioning radio or back-up camera when we purchased it in 2018 which was not of concern to us and we never looked into it. I see some scratches on the right rear bumper and there is a tiny chip in the windshield that has not changed since our 2024 trip. It is also missing both rear hubcaps and I have not looked into replacing them. It currently has a fog light out.

This is a very enjoyable RV to drive and use with its size and functionality.
