2024 Keystone Cougar 2700BH Half ton. This fifth wheel is in excellent working condition! There were some modifications made such as: bunks removed to make a storage room/office (we bought a new memory foam mattress that sleeps one adult or two children in the bunk room). The booth was removed and a recliner love seat with two end tables were installed. The Jack Knife sofa was removed and a bar with 3 bar stools was installed. The queen mattress in the master, was replaced with a memory foam mattress. We added a backup camera and tire monitoring system. We will also include $2000 worth of items needed for camping. We are asking $31,900 for the fifth wheel. We are non smokers and have had no pets!
In addition (not included in the price of the RV) we have a Companion Slider Hitch (like new) that we will sell for $1,000. We also have a 2023 Dodge Ram Big Horn 2500 Diesel with 27,000 miles that we will sell for $47,000. We cant sell the truck until we sell the fifth wheel. We will also consider selling as a package.
