You are looking at a 1 owner, fully optioned and extremely well maintained 2022 Newmar Ventana 4326. This coach has over $40,000 in options including the Spartan Chassis. We did purchase the Splendide Washer and Dryer from our Newmar dealer at the time of purchase, as well as the Dish Network In-Motion Satellite with 2 receivers, as those were the only 2 options that we didn't get from the factory.

Every recommended service was performed on the motorhome, including the Onan generator and the Oasis Heating system.

It still has the remainder of a warranty that ends in the Summer of 2027.

Imperfections:

1 - A scuff on the rear driver's side from backing in, with an estimate of $800 to repair. (I haven't had the time to take it. Picture included)

2 - An awning roller has misaligned. This is covered under the warranty but have yet to take it in.

3 - 3" Crack on the passenger side, bottom part of the windshield. Does not interfere with the drivers view. It can barely be seen over the dash.

Unless otherwise stated above, this coach is in excellent condition.

We have spent over $26,000 since we purchased it, to keep it stored indoors in its own garage (picture included), while plugged in to shore power.

The coach is located in storage in Boerne Texas. The closest large airport is San Antonio, Texas (30 minutes away).

The coach does have a remaining loan balance with Security Service Federal Credit Union but sale transactions with them have always been easy to complete.
