Only 3 known flaws:

1) very small ping dent on back door

2) rear mounted 2 inch receiver hitch has a crack in the weld

3) vinyl flooring curls in the front corners (note - when built, Hiker Trailer intentionally did not glue the flooring down to subfloor telling me it is easier to replace if the need arises - the small curling does not bother us as this is where we put our luggage/packs anyway)
