SERVICE HISTORY FROM 2020:

March 2020: Fully inspected upon purchase. Resealed. New carpet installed. Was told owners recently installed new double pane windows.

January / February 2024: 1) All new tires & bearings pack, 2)Seals inspected with spot sealing, 3) Refer, water heater, furnace, awning, and jacks all serviced, 4) Slide out tracks and seals lubed, 5) Slide gaskets replaced, 6) Fresh water tank sanitized with filter and anode rod also replaced, 7) Antenna repaired, 8) Water accumulator replaced, 9) Winterized.

Trailer not used from that service period up to today.

August/September 2026: 1) Water heater element changed, 2) Both batteries replaced, 3) Professional pre-delivery inspection performed, 4) Fresh roof re-coat currently in process with multiple layers of an elastomeric polymer coating being applied for a seamless, waterproof, and UV-resistant protective membrane (Liquid Rubber RV Roof Coating)*, 7) Appointment with Quality Coach scheduled for 9/16 to inspect seals and replace any hydraulic hoses that need replacing.

*Inspector reported that the roof was solid and structurally sound, but ready for a new membrane or re-coat. Thus, the re-coat taking place.

Much love, care, and attention has been put into this trailer. Besides the upcoming service scheduled for September 16 for inspection and replacement of any seals and hydraulic hoses, selling in AS IS CONDITION.

Known issues: ice maker & water dispenser of stainless steel refrigerator not functioning but refrigerator and freezer fine, original exhaust fan in bathroom not working but secondary one is, one A/C unit working but other may need replacing, entry door light not functioning and awning light strip as well but all others are fine, toilet flushing but toilet sprayer not functioning.
