This is a one owner, well cared for used 2024 Keystone Arcadia 242SLMD. Twin beds modification. ALWAYS stored inside.

Owner modifications:

-The queen bed was removed and 2 motorized twin beds installed that come together when bringing in the wardrobe slide. The beds separate approximately 20 inches after the wardrobe slide is put out. Each bed has under bed storage and a drawer. The night stands were removed, but included.
-Shoe cubby under one dinette seat at entry point
-Reverse osmosis system
-Pullout garbage can and recycling can
-2 drawers added to one kitchen cabinet
-SeeLevel tank monitors added for Fresh water and Black water (more reliable and accurate than factory sensors)
-Auxiliary hitch wiring added with additional tail light bar and 15 gallon black water dolly holder. Rhino rolling tank included. The bar also holds a clothes line, also included
-Improved 3D printed freezer/refrigerator latch
-Outside grill added pullout shelve. Refrigerator was removed, but included.
-Hub-O-Meter and chrome hub included for monitoring camper mileage, but never installed.

Lippert solid steps were replaced with MORryde StepAbove RV Steps with Strut Assist (easy open and close)
MORryde X brace stabilizer added to front legs for stability
