We absolutely adore this camper but we no longer need it. It is a dream to tow. Very comfortable and everything has been really well maintained. Stored inside over the winter months, no leaks ever!

Here is a list of a few modifications made:
Increased the storage area in the front compartment by removing a piece of trim inside the compartment.
Removed the panel over the wheel well under the dinette to increase leg room.
Replaced the bench closest to the door with an ottoman for easier access to storage. Can still use the dinette as a bed if needed.
Replaced the laminate table with a nice wooden table top
Added a second battery.
Replaced the Air Conditioning Unit in 2025.
Added the Power Jack in 2023

Will sell with the Blackstone Griddle, all the hoses and lines, leveling blocks, septic hose cradle, upgraded tank flush, 30-50 amp converter, weight distribution bars & hitch and more. There is a small valve for the water that needs to be replaced (when you turn the spiggot on for the city water connection it eventually fills the water reserve tank so until its fixed you just need to run the water pump and turn off the spiggot. It wasn't an issue for us and we just never got around to replacing the valve.
