Weight of truck before and after bed, lift, wheels/tires:

Before: 8660 lbs
After: 8980 lbs
Gain: 320 lbs

GVWR 12,400 - 8980 = 3,420 lbs
Door payload sticker: 3,848 lbs.
Again, the 8980 lbs as it sits now includes myself and a couple hundred pounds of tools/equipment.

Both of these weights were with full diesel and def, tools, air compressor, and myself.

Bed dimensions:

Garage box: 18" wide x 36.5" tall from deck to top of garage box

Flatbed: 96" long x 82.75" wide
