It DOES sleep 6 (so has 6 seat belts) and weve done it with my sons family numerous times but it takes some management to do so. StudioLoft electric drop-down bed (51" x 78") up front, rear corner bed (49" x 75"), flex bed system in the dinette, swivel cab seats, mid-coach L-shaped galley, wet bath with shower, wardrobe and pantry. All the livability of a Class C in a nimble 24-foot package that mostly fits in all of regular parking space (but especially, in parking lots, where you back the RV up and overhang a curb)

The turning radius is phenomenal and unexpected to the uninitiated. Being front wheel, drive, the turing radius is far better than rear wheel drive suspensions. Ive NEVER hesitated going down unknown in-town roads as one or perhaps 3-point turns gets you going back the way you came!

Before I tell about the NEW MOPAR engine plus significant new undercarriage components (@ 51,113 miles in 2024), were only selling as were moving a couple hours away to be very near my son and family. Also, the small house for which were under contract to buy doesnt allow RVs stored on the property and Ive already lived with that inconvenience before we moved to Asheville storing our Viva just 10 miles away in our former MD town on a locked storage lot. And, in our advancing age have traveled much less after moving to Asheville where everything nature and beauty being everywhere and close by. About a year ago we bought a small Class B Roadtrek 190P that we still own for more local trips and even that RV is being under used. It may go up for sale at some point after our move, not sure.

Frankly my asking price doesn't much, if any, reflect the new engine and Much more by see below.

In May 2024, at 51,133 miles, the Ram dealer installed a complete new long-block 3.6L V6 engine not a rebuild, a new block along with new upper and lower intake manifolds, all new gaskets and seals, a new starter, and a new transmission oil cooler. The transmission was serviced at the same time with fresh fluid and a new filter. Total invoice was nearly $20,000, and I have the paperwork to show any serious buyer. At the same dealer visit, the entire rear parking brake system was rebuilt (you all probably know about the Promaster inferior parking brake system that gets rusty and potentially locks up the rear wheels: new hub assembly, new brake shoes and hardware, new e-brake cables, new wheel speed sensor, new lever. The transmission shift cable was also replaced new by the dealer under recall, and the fresh-air intake box was replaced being damaged by the engine removal

Knowing the Loft beds bed weakness, the screw drives were kept greased by hand; I have always given the lift a manual assist to protect the mechanism while raising the bed.

Roof is in good condition with no leaks. Shower skylight has a crack but gorilla tape did the trick but still recently added another clear wider gorilla tape layer, The two rubber ducky antennas on the roof are missing but the mounting bases are there with never a leak. I believe they can be purchased and replaced but I just never listen to radio. There is an XM radio antenna mounted in front right corner but I never activated XM radio. Onan generator runs well and new generator intake air filter just replaced (I did a major drop and repair to the generator a few years ago. You can find that story in the FB groups. It was simple ignition coil replacement but quite an effort to do all that work in my driveway.
