The Casita is currently configured with a permanent full-size rear bed and the original factory side dinette. The original cushions for the dinette are included and will be installed for the sale.

We are also including the upgraded side mattress we used in place of the side dinette. This gives the next owner the flexibility to keep the factory side dinette or easily convert that area back into a second dedicated bed.

The Spirit floorplan provides a full wet bath, kitchen, refrigerator, furnace, air conditioning and flexible dining/sleeping arrangements in an easy-to-tow 17-foot molded fiberglass trailer.

The 300Ah lithium battery, high-lift axle, larger 23-gallon fresh-water tank and other upgrades make this Casita particularly well equipped for extended trips and dry camping.

The trailer is very clean, well maintained and ready to camp. We're selling only because we are upgrading to a larger travel trailer.
