Has been inspected and winterized every year by dealership. Includes everything you need to hook up to water, sewer and power (50 Amp) We replaced the mattresses and added a Reese 20K Gooseneck with built in airbag. Makes for a smooth ride but I do have the original kingpin hitch to include as well. Have 2 of the Airflow kits that are supposed to help improve the effeciency of the AC units but we always found them to be great as is so never got around to installing them. Only issue we have had was a bad ground on the refrigerator this year and they ended up replacing the entire refrigerator so it is new. We love this camper and is perfect for our family of 4.Camper is fresh out of dealer inspection and we welcome inspections.
