Description

2024 Jayco Precept 31UL, 6,805 miles. Never rented, never lived in full time every mile on it is one I put there myself.
Between trips it went straight back into a climate-controlled warehouse. Never stored outside, not once. If you've shopped used Class A's you know what that's worth: sealant that isn't cracked or shrinking, slide seals and window gaskets that aren't dried out, decals that haven't faded, fiberglass that hasn't chalked, and tires that haven't spent two summers baking in the sun.
Maintenance is current, including an oil change this month. Nothing on my list, nothing I've been meaning to get to it's ready to drive home and use.

$9,500 in upgrades and extras: Proteng automatic fire suppression installed by NIRVC, SumoSprings front and rear, TireMinder TPMS, SoftStart and RV Airflow on both A/C units, GoBluTech 3-stage water filtration, Garmin RV 1095, SnapPads, new house batteries, and a Camp Chef outdoor kitchen.

THIS COACH IS PLUG AND PLAY- ALL IT NEEDS IS SOMEBODY READY TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE!

2024 Jayco Precept 31UL
Class A Motorhome · 6,805 Miles · $9,500 in Upgrades and Extras
Always stored indoors in a climate-controlled warehouse never stored outside.

Never Stored Outside
This coach has lived its entire life in a climate-controlled warehouse between trips. No UV chalking of the fiberglass, no cracked or shrinking roof sealant, no dried-out slide seals or window gaskets, no faded decals, and no sun-aged tires the failures that quietly become four-figure repairs on a coach kept in an open lot.

All maintenance up to date, including a recent oil change in August 2026. Ready to drive home and use.

Owner Upgrades and Extras

$9,500 in aftermarket equipment and extras, installed and working. Receipts available.
THIA by Proteng automatic fire suppression professionally installed by National Indoor RV Centers. Sealed tubing through the engine bay, battery compartment, fuse panels, and junction boxes. Fully automatic, requires no power or wiring, and protects the coach while unattended or in storage.
SumoSprings front and rear progressive-rate polyurethane springs replacing the factory bump stops. Markedly less sway, body roll, and porpoising than a stock F53.
TireMinder A1AS tire pressure monitoring pressure and internal temperature on every tire, with blowout and over-temperature alarms to a color monitor and phone app.
SoftStart on both air conditioners cuts compressor startup draw roughly 70%, so both units run on a 30-amp connection or a small generator without tripping a breaker.
RV Airflow Systems inserts on both A/C units approximately 40% more airflow, faster cool-down, more even front-to-back temperature, and quieter operation.
MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe 10-speed reversible roof vent with built-in rain shield, thermostat, and remote. Runs in weather or while driving.
GoBluTech AR3 three-stage water filtration in addition to the coach's factory filtration. Sediment, 0.2-micron, and carbon stages at 5.5 GPM with no pressure loss.
Garmin RV 1095 10-inch navigator routes on the coach's actual height, weight, and length with low-bridge, grade, and weight-limit warnings.
RV SnapPad permanent jack pads and StakPad leveling blocks no pads to place or retrieve at each site.
New house batteries.
Custom stairwell cover pet and child safety when parked.
Camp Chef PRO 14 outdoor kitchen two-burner stove and cast-iron griddle with both carrying cases, plus an RV quick-connect hose that runs it off the coach's onboard propane. No separate tank to carry.
Portable propane fire pit with carrying case permitted in most campgrounds during burn bans.
Two-bike e-bike rack on the rear hitch receiver.
Wheel chocks.
