Very clean, well-maintained camper in excellent condition. No pets, non-smoking, and it has never had any leaks.

Ive done quite a bit of maintenance made some great upgrades.

New tires, upgraded from factory Load Range D to Load Range E
New brakes
New wheel bearings
Factory equalizer upgraded to Lippert Equa-Flex
Leaf springs upgraded from factory 3,500 lb springs to 5,000 lb springs
Roof recently resealed
Fridge mount rebuilt
Water heater serviced, flushed/cleaned and new anode rod installed
Furnace/AC recently serviced
Awning recently serviced
Includes Blue Ox weight distribution hitch
Includes 3 TVs, as pictured

Everything has been well cared for and the camper is in amazing shape. Everything works 100%. Still smells new. Only selling because were upgrading to a fifth wheel.

I have electric and water hook ups so it can be thoroughly inspected before purchase.
