Like new!!! It has been stored in an insulated shop. We only stay in it in the summer when we come here to visit our family. Must see. You can pay less for the same trailer but they have most likely been left outside in the weather and towed and camped in. We have taken very good care of it. It was only licensed one time in 2021. Never been towed anywhere. You can you tube the model and see the inside.
