Interior (all in operational and good condition): Italian washer dryer duo, dishwasher, dual sink, microwave, 2 couches, one is a pull out sleeper. Dinette that has 2 leafs and 2 chairs with all wood construction. Dinette will easily fit in the kitchen living area with the 4 foot slide out. Freezer/Frig is in excellent condition and has custom doors to match the rest of the wood interior. Drivers area has 2 leather captain chairs for comfortable travel. Bedroom has king sized bed in very good condition, and is very comfortable. Bedroom slide is configured to walk around the kingsized bed. The entire cabin has storage from front to back, more than any RV I have ever been in, and has a small closet that accommodates for long trips. Bathroom has been completely redone, minus the sink and vanity, which is in great condition. Shower, toilet and floors all redone. Toilet is a tall standing unit for the taller people in ones life. 2 heater/A/c units, one in the front of the cabin and one in the bedroom.
Under the chassis you will find pass-through storage, black and grey tanks with uni-flush system to keep it washed out and clean. New water filtration system for cabin use, 90 gallon water supply, 30/50 amp hook-ups, inverter is in great condition, new airbrake lines, tires are in great condition and are kept covered, extra tire underneath. new batteries, just put in 2 weeks ago. Cummins diesel engine starts on a dime and always has, Onan generator is located in the front of the RV, starts up always, and is large enough to keep a home running, during a storm.
