This turnkey, low mileage Winnebago Chieftain 22 is a 23-ft-long Class A motorhome that sleeps 5, has a full kitchen, dining area and a private bathroom with a separate shower.
The interior has been updated with fresh paint, new drawer/door hardware, reupholstered booth cushions and bulkheads, new bathroom and kitchen faucets, new toilet, new water heater, new water pump, new LP pressure valve, new flooring and updated window coverings. The refrigerator was replaced 4 years ago. A new microwave/convection cooker is also included. The A/C and furnace are in perfect working condition.
The chassis only has 42,000 miles on it and the original 454 C.I. motor was replaced with a G.M. crate 454 c.i. motor at 31,700 miles. Last year the alternator, ignition control module, rotor and cap were replaced, and it has three new batteries. New headlights and taillight assemblies were added last year as well as new brakes and brake lines. The Air-Ride suspension helps smooth the ride as do the Goodyear tires that show no indication of cracking or rotting.
Included is a hitch rack to mount your generator, with wiring already in place.
The rig has been properly maintained, winterized and stored indoors during the off-season. There are additional spare parts included for peace of mind.
