Purchased brand new less than 1 year ago, only ever driven it from the dealership to my parents' house where it now resides.

I have moved it in the driveway every couple of months to keep the tires healthy.

Still in near-perfect condition since we never did a trip with it. Only damage is to the window latch in one of the bedroom windows which just needs to be replaced. Price listed already reflects this.

Will also throw in the trailer weight distribution hitch with the purchase for no additional cost if you need one (over $1,000 value).

We did purchase a 3 stage water filter for the unit which was installed next to the water hookup. This is non-permanent and can easily be removed. Filters may need to be replaced if you intend to use it but it is the Brinkley recommended filter and is specific to RVs so will throw that in for free as well.
