This is a one-owner Excellent condition 25-foot Thor Gemini gasoline powered KB Motorhome on a 3500W Ford Transit chassis with 42,000 miles that has a new set of tires. This motorhome uses the Ford 310 HP 400-foot pound Ford EcoBoost engine, and Ford 10 speed automatic transmission. It is stored indoors, has engine oil changes every 5 K miles, is washed after every trip and professionally detailed and waxed twice a year. It is owned by nonsmoking Senior RVers with no dogs. It is being sold with a 2009 Honda Fit tow care with all the required towing accessories. The Fit is maintained by our Honda dealer and is in perfect condition.
The 2023 Thor Gemini Model KB Motorhome has the following options. 1) Factory paint 2), Large 15,500 BTU roof air conditioning 3), a Spare Tire and Carrier 4) a 4,000-watt Onan Generator and 5) a Roof Solar Panel. In addition, it has a KOOL Air AC MOD to increase cooling in warmer climates. The KB model has twin beds that can be made into a king, a nice clothes closet, separate shower and toilet, tankless water heater, 3 burner gas range, a convection microwave oven, a 19,000 BTU gas furnace and one slide-out. Storage is abundant inside with wrap-around overhead cabinets and a large outside storage area accessed from the outside for other camping necessities. Outside you have 3 doors at the back and sides to access the large storage area as well as a propane gas cooker hook-up. You also have a 30-amp electric hook-up as well as freshwater hook-up and black water hook-up. Storage tanks are more than adequate with a 25-gallon grey tank, 19-gallon black tank, 31-gallon freshwater tank and 9.4-gallon propane tank.
