Condition Notes (sold as-is):
-Clean water toilet flush valve has a leak (not a holding tank leak)
-Kitchen sink drain has leaked before. Fixed by tightening fittings, but worth keeping an eye on
-Water heater anode rod should be replaced periodically (normal maintenance)
-Fridge was never bolted down at the factory. We've secured it with bungee cords and never had a problem, but it's worth knowing
-Shower handle has a small crack for a slow leak while shower is on
