This Grand Design 2500RL comes with lots of extras. This unit has had a tv installed in the bedroom, a second air conditioner in the bedroom, two brand new recliners and a brand new mattress never used, and new locks that work off code or remote on both doors. We are selling with chocks/X chock leveling blocks, sewer hoses (nicer than manufacturer ones that came with it), back up camera, power surge, water regulator, water filter, ice machine, keurig, kitchen utensils, cookware and much more. You will be able to drive off the lot and stay in it that day. All appliances are working. This camper is like new condition. It has never traveled and only been parked in a camp spot. We have a winter cover for it that goes with it. There are no soft spots or water leaks. Awning is functioning. Light cosmetic damage on the slide side where someone else rubbed their camper up against it. It is only cosmetic damage and on a trim piece. Very MINOR.
